My mother and I had to visit to exchange her bracelet that I had gifted her this past Christmas. The sales associate Erika A made our experience better than expected, she helped with the exchange and we had a very nice chat with her, and I even bought myself a bracelet which she encouraged me to purchase for a very reasonable price. 10/10 would go back to this location

The customer service associate that helped me was great at her job. She was friendly and very knowledgeable about Pandora’s inventory. She took very good care of me and my existing bracelet and she gave great suggestions.

Sabrina was beyond helpful with choosing the perfect bracelet for my little girl. The charms are beautiful. I love how they had all customers separated throughout the store so we was practicing social distancing. I’ll be back soon.

As soon as me and my mom walked in we were immediately assisted. Erika A. was genuine, caring and worked very well with us. She was also very patient and thoughtful when it came to my choices.
