I was very satisfied with this location in Norridge I will be going back.

The sales associate that helped us was very friendly and knowledgeable from the start, and she found the charm I wanted and also helped me with another one that caught my eye. Not only did I get two gorgeous charms, but she offered to clean my bracelet and add the charms to it for me. She also persuaded me to get the jewelry care kit so that I can make sure everything I wear always looks clean and pristine. Will definitely keep shopping here in the future.

When I got to the store, I was immediately greeted and Ola S No. 217166 took care of my order right away. They assisted me with my online in-store pickup order and answered all my questions and also followed up with some suggestions. They went above and beyond to help me figure out what was right for me so much so that I decided to purchase another bracelet. They also convinced me to sign up for my clientbook and create my first collection! I am very pleased with the service I received from Ola and if there was a way to would love to be assisted by them again and again.

I only shop in-store at this particular location. The staff is always so friendly, nice with smiles on their faces. They're knowledgeable and very helpful. The store is always clean and organized.
