the Harlem and Irving plaza pandora store is one of my favorite to visit. because of the pademic i called and someone right away answer and helped me not like the other stores every time i called it went to voicemail. when arriving to purchase the item. the process was very smooth the girls where very sorry about the wait time.which is understandable due to the virus. however love the HIP Mall associates.
