When I went in I saw snd I new wat I wanted ask can I see it they put in on my bracelet for me and they cleaned it off I was just too excited.

The women there were very nice and helpful they gave me tips , and was suggesting me ideas to find the perfect ring and help me get sized

The store was very clean and well organized.Everyone was very pleasant.

I went to the HIP Pandora location & they couldn’t help me. They didn’t offer any resources to help my issue. However, I called the Rosemont location & she said come in to see if she could assist me. She did! Took some relief away from me.

The associates in the store were really friendly and helpful. And the safety in the store was excellent. I left the store happy with the purchase I made. I loved the price and the collections available.

The store limited the amount of people in the store. They cleaned every piece of item Of merchandise I tried on. They had hand sanitizer available for me to use at any moment of my visit.

I was highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because the workers were so nice over the phone and in person. Very helpful people and a very well kept and clean store. It has a very nice aesthetic to it.

Customer service was great as usual, patient and willing to find the next item if dnt hve wht U want , most of all offer gift packages and promotions along side wht U cm for knowing they may take the sale item . A no secret store Love the honesty.
