This was my first Pandora item and she took the time to explain the care and cleaning processing as well as all of my questions regarding the charms and accessories.

Joselyn was very accommodating and eager to listen to my preferences to assist me in making certain purchase decisions. She’s very friendly and has good suggestions and knowledge overall about the products.

Ivania provided the absolute best customer service for me. It was my first time. She spent all the time with me giving me undivided attention while I choose my charms. She even cleaned my bracelet with love and care. She had so much patience.

How the staff welcomes there customers not only that they make talk to you with respect, and they have very nice store they keep it clean, smelling nice and clean floors

This store told me how to care for my items and was very friendly and helpful. They explained I can't leave them in there carry home box. And explained how to clean them and how often. No other store has done that.
