The salesperson, Joselyn D. was very nice and helpful. There was a large selection of charms and jewelry to choose from. I just wish there was more selection of music charms such as musical instruments. I wanted a piano charm to honor my mom but I got the music note charm which is still nice.

The sales associate was very friendly and answered all my questions or concerns I had. She showed me all the jewelry that I wanted to see.

Nicole was super nice and provided a friendly environment with my family. She was so helpful in choosing specific charms for each of our bracelets. We will definitely be asking for Nicole next time we visit Pandora!
