Ana has helped me on a few different occasions and she is extremely knowledgeable of all the products, helpful, courteous, while giving space for customers to make final decisions. Her customer service skills is excellent. Overall, the staff there all help each other out, are extremely pleasant, and helpful. The store is extremely clean and sanitary during the pandemic. My first experience with Ana was a great one, so I have been back. Kudos to you for having great staff at this location!!

I was able to walk right in and got great service. Most all Pandora store are really busy but today was a breeze. They also did me a courtesy by letting me exchange a bangle and bracelet for a larger size. The associates were very nice!!

When I first received my bracelet, the store closest to where I lived had a woman named Toy that worked there who was great, however, she relocated to a store a bit further away. Since her departure, I hadn't received the same level of care or detail until YESTERDAY! Donni assisted me and she was EXCELLENT. This experience was very refreshing!
