The store was very crowded. But many of your sales staff came over and said they would be right w/me. Chrissy was very helpful with helping me select a bangle bracelet and transferring my charms from my current bracelet which I had outgrown to the new bangle.

Everyone was very helpful and friendly from the retail associates to the store manager! I even had a lot of bracelets and charms to clean and they cleaned them without complaint or hesitation. Ivania and the manager Jenny were terrific! I’ll be back!

Donni was supper patient with us and made sure we were as satisfied as possible. And that topped the icing on the cake!

It was an expeditious transaction. I was able to get the gifts I need and then some. The display settings appeared to be too close together for the sales associates though. It would be nice to give them more space so they can move more freely around each other.
