The salesperson was mega friendly, show me various charms. Believe it or not I happened to ask if the had the Quince charm and yes. I purchase 2 charms and a Pandora moment. I was more than pleased with my purchase. I got a gift for spending more than $125.00. The store was clean and I had the salesperson undivided attention.

The sales associate was helpful in providing different charms for me to look at, and choose from. She answered all of my questions; very friendly and pleasant.
