I called before I went to the store to see if they carry the charms that I wanted , I spoke to Edy and he helped locate them and held them for me , he was very helpful and respectful and knowledgeable. .

Pandora has a great product. I bought my wife the infinity earrings. The clasp was broke. We returned them with ease and got another pair.

I like product. Was buying a charm for my daughter and daughter in law first pandora bracelet. I was wearing my bracelet.the sale lady notice that it need cleaning and ask me if she could clean it without me asking her. She was a very good sale person. Also wrap the item boxes before putting the in it's bag.It was ready to go under the tree. GREAT JOB
