Everything I needed was in stock. Jewelry was cleaned while we waited. Our associate knew what we were looking for.

Ginesse R helped my grandmother and I with such patience, she knew my ring size by just looking at my finger, and she picked out the ring I bought in the first 3 minutes of her helping us!

The Sales Associate, Ana, was very sweet and helpful. I had to wait outside in the line for almost an hour, but I understand it was weekend. I found what I was looking for:)

The service was friendly. I wish their were more associates. I had had to watch and because they give good customer service, it took a long time. I did leave and came back to buy another charm but they were too busy so I ended up leaving. I will come back another day.
