I was highly satisfied with my Pandora experience at The Forum because the associates were very nice, friendly, patient, helpful, etc. They caused no problems and helped me with all my problems. They offered customer service that I had not previously received at any other Pandora location

We went into the store and the clerks both said hello and welcome to Pandora,it made us feel welcomed, and the clerk that waited on us (Melia) was so kind,and professional and just sweet and I appreciate that.
