I love the bracelets.

My Pandora experience was great because of how knowledgable, helpful and patient our Sales Person Danielle was. She helped us with choosing the design and charms so we can have a Balanced beautiful bracelet.

The employees were amazing. I had came in the prior week for a cleaning and fell in love with some rings I wanted to purchase. When I returned the following weekend, Kelsey and the other employees remembered me and were able to assist me in my purchase quickly and without any problem. Anytime I return to a Pandora, I will return to this location.

The store was clean. The staff was friendly. She was very helpful with finding my correct size of bracelet and charms.

I was highly satisfied because I had been searching high and low for a particular ring that was low stock all over. The ladies knew exactly what ring I was talking about and though they knew there was a chance they were out, they searched in back and found one more in my size. I was soooo happy especially after driving out of the way.

The sales associate, though new, was very knowledgable about the available stock. She took me through a list of available items based on the criteria I gave her. I was very pleased with the end result.

Danielle, has been amazing! She helped me order a charm last week and now she helped me set up my bracelet. I am truly satisfied.
