Another wonderful visit to my favorite Pandora store. As always, I received outstanding customer service from Kelsey and her team. I was able to find the petite initial charms I was looking for as well as a charm for my bracelet. I hope to visit again soon.

I had an associate Miriah, my last visit to this same store a week ago was great Went in today saw Miriah. I REALLY THINK SHE WAS HIGH. SHE WAS LITTERALLY KNODING OFF WHILE PUTTING ON MY CHARMS !! almost forgot to put a charm back on that I have previously purchased. Had I had my phone out i would have taken a picture. This was very disturbing and I wanted to say something to the other associate but this store is VERY SMALL AND QUIANT. would not have been able to say anything. I think it was just the 2 of them working not sure who was the manager I HOPE NOT HER. I HONESTLY THINK SHE WAS HIGH. I asked if she was sick she said NO SO SHE HAD TO HAVE BEEN HIGH !! THIS WAS NOT AT ALL GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. then i specifically asked for 2 charms Prince and Princess and she tried to TALK ME OUT OF WHAT I ASKED FOR !!I WILL NOT BE BACK TO THIS LOCATION ALL THOUGH CONVIENT FOR LUNCH BREAK

I was VERY dissatisfied with the salesperson “MARIAH”. I would like a call from your Customer Solutions department in regards to my visit at this location. Between 2 transactions I spent $1000.00 and the way I was handled I would never invest another dollar within this company. I am a hard working woman who loves to spend money on myself so this was not very great experience for me.
