On Saturday June 23, I arrived at the Peachtree Corners Forum store. I had the best shopping experience. I had previously been to the Mall of Georgia location and WILL NOT EVER be returning to that store, they would not even wait on me- they told me to "put my name on a list and they would get to me when they could". I told them I specifically wanted a charm, and that was all I needed that day. I entered both stores knowing exactly what charm I wanted. The Forum did not have it, Kelsey, the associate that waited on me located the charm I wanted at the MofG store and I told her I would not support that store as they refused to wait on me the previous weekend. Kelsey personally picked up the charm at another location, and kept me in the loop on the date/time I could pick it up in her store. She went ABOVE and BEYOND what she needed to do to help me. She was fantastic. It would be in your best interest as a company to allow her to train other locations on customer service. I will be returning to HER location. I've already shared my experience with a number of other people.
