I touched the wrong answer. I was totally satisfied with the service that was provided to me.

It was a good experience overall, but I did have an issue with a previous order that seemed to not be able to get handled.

Surprised the style, quantity, and lengths of chains were not displayed. When I explained what I was looking for, your sales representative didn't offer suggestions. The other sales representative was listening and helped out.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the store inventory.

Service was good but not the best. Associate was helpful and informative as well as nice

It took a while to get into the store. It was pretty cold out to have to wait outside and when I got inside the sales associate I worked with didn't seem the most knowledgeable.

The ladies within the store were a bit rude, except Ana. Did not really seem to eager to help customer.

The sales associate was extremely nice and professional. She was very helpful in the buying process. The store manager, however, was not very pleasant. She was bothered that I did not want to look at the ring book. She was also very noticeably bothered at the other customers in the store.

I placed my order online for pickup with 6 to hrs. I never heard back. I drove to the store which was temporarily closed. After over a week, I still didnt hear from the store. I called and found that they had reopened. I had to contact them after over a week. I even send an email and have never been contacted by anyone. Dissatisfaction is an understatement at this point.
