When I first enter the store. The first sales rep was rude. The other two associates was extremely nice .

Would not exchange my gift because it was over 30 days. Purchased on December 24 and I attempted to return on February 14. With the pandemic exception should be made. They found record of the purchase.

I was very satisfied with the overall experience from Pandora my sales associate Kristine was super helpful.

The sales person was stand-off at first. She not friendly at all. But once I started to say what I was purchasing she became more interacted with me. I was the only one in the store which made it easier. There were no sanitizing materials available for me to use

Upon first entering the store, one of my girlfriends asked about having a bracelet repaired. Christina was rude and was like we don’t do repairs here, who told you we do repairs. It was a group of 5 of us.

Not a good selection of charms

The sales associate was great! We were satisfied with our service. There was nothing exceptionally great however we left the store very happy with the service and our product.

Smaller store, but great selection of charms. Sales associate was very helpful & knowledgeable. Sales associate offered to call another location to search for charm for me, that was cool.

because I went to buy a bracelet as a gift and I had it in store, I had to choose another product
