Store did not have what i wanted . The assoc didnt know where things were...and he gave me information on my merchandise that was not correct

Long wait to get assistance. Salesperson was friendly but not very knowledgeable. The selection was limited.

There just weren’t enough sales associates and the two that were there were moving incredibly slow. I understand you have to take your time with customers but even the walking pace was horrible. Otherwise I was satisfied with my visit.

Usually when I walk into any retail store, I expect to be greeted immediately, not the case at this location... We were in the store for approximately 7 minutes without an acknowledgement from either associate. I actually had to voice-fully say hello... If I wasn’t buying a gift, I would have left immediately without purchasing anything...

Some of the items that I was looking for was out of stock or items that got my attention didn't fit my bracelet.

Wish it was more girly charms rather then Disney

I was not able to find the item that I ultimately purchased at any location, however, the item was available at Peachtree Corners. The sales associate was helpful, I called in the night before I came to ensure that the item was there. The store is very small but the associates were pleasant.
