I was highly satisfied with all my visit with to any of the pandora stores I have been buying pandora charms for a very long time. I love every new piece of pandora jewelry that the company come out with I have been a fan for along time thank you.

Good experience

The style of ring that I like is not made by Pandora. I like the ring that covers most of your finger. I also wanted a ring with things hanging from it and there were minimal options for that.

Everything was good, they were very helpful..

Not pleased the way my earrings were placed in the box

The sales person was very pushy. She kept trying to push us to buy stuff we didn’t want. She was not knowledgeable about the available charms. I kept telling her about charms saw online and then had to show her.

The sales associate I had did not seem customer oriented. I had to ask for everything including cleaning the jewelry I purchased and asking her for A BAG to put the gift I purchased in.

It was t really the product it more so the people. I walked into a store and I waited … 10 minutes. Literally no one welcomed me in. I had to sit there and wait like a child… finally I was called over, and no apology was given for making me wait this long without acknowledgment…I will never be returning to this particular location.
