Pandora Jewelry

The staff didn’t acknowledge or greet me when I came through the door, and as I was waiting, I noticed they only acknowledged and or greeting on certain guests as they came in. Overall, the vibe in this location is not like I have ever seen in a Pandora.

I felt like the associate could have been friendlier and more open to showing us jewelry. I had to ask a few times if I could see items. I asked if I could see the new Marvel bracelet on display and the associate asked “like for?” and I said “to touch it and see it.” I purchase the Marvel bracel let with all the charms -it was beautuful. Another example, this store was out of charms unique to the state and the associate could have offered alternatives. In other Pandora stores, they have always offered alternatives. I am an huge Pandora fan, so I will always always buy something when I walk in a store even if they don’t have what I am looking for.

I was unable to get my jewelry cleaned because it was the weekend told to come back later and there was only one other customer in the stite

The women weren't that friendly. Watching customers browse through a store that already has security doesn't give customers a warm welcome.

Walked around 15min with no acknowledgment from the sales associate. Had to return and repurchase associate did not know how to use afterpay. I will continue to buy elsewhere. Purchased at another store same day with no problems

Asked employee to show me charms , was told to basically walk around the store and look at all the charms on display when asked if I could be shown the different variety of charms , gave me a limited option of what I can buy not very satisfied , basically felt rushed to be in and out

The associate wasn't friendly upon arrival. It was a group of 5 ladies all who had bracelets and necklaces. We came to get a cleaning and purchase additional charms. Sales rep was rude initially and unfriendly. When the 1st sale happened she wanted to become over friendly. It was fake. Rude. We value our dollar. She didn't want to deal with us until she realized we were spending money as well.

Went to Mall of GA location, associate was requested largest choker (21cm) tried to sell me medium (19cm), then asked for UP charm (Disney Pixar) system said 1 available, she couldn’t find it, then wanted to process my order half online and half at store and not honor Bangle offer. Asked which store was nearest and instead of saying Peachtree Corners or Cumming, offered 2 in Atlanta. 3 strikes! Peachtree Corners were great!

The sales associate, in comparison to the others, was not very friendly and inviting. When I asked for the product, she stated they may not have it. The store did and she proceeded to place the charms (3) in the box without cleaning and polishing them. I asked her to please polish the charms. She did but seemed bothered and all she did was dip them in some type of solution without using the polishing cloth. I then overheard her saying it was time for her break.

The sale guy was really nice but his co worker a white female no customer service at all
