Not enough staff Not a large store

I have purchased a pendant twice! The same exact pendant for my bracelet and it continues to fall off. I just purchased another one and it fell off less than 24 hours.

The wait time was over 15 minutes for someone to greet us,only one person was working. The sales person was not helpful at all she just pulled out the charms and was standing.

You have to make more charms of pandora shine .... always the same charms...

No one greeted me when I walked in, everyone just stared at me and then after 2 minutes of looking they said “hi”. I only bought the charm because it’s the only store that had if not I would of spent $500 elsewhere. They need to greet customers especially when it’s empty and no one is busy. Acknowledging customers when they walk in makes them feel welcome. Clean store overall just need better training.

I placed an online order, everything that I order was cancelled, saying it was out of stock. When I went into the store, they had item that I had placed an order for. I don’t understand why they would cancel the whole order. And in doing so I had to pay more then I did when I place the pick up order. When entering the store, no one directed traffic, or informed anyone the process, so there was no telling who was in line and who was next.

The employees at this store were rude. It took time for one of rhe associate to help me for my purchase. The the atmosphere between employees was not professional. The reason I purchase because I like the product but service is bad.

The service seemed rushed. They were not super busy. I was sold a sale bracelet and was told it was part SOILD gold. I looked online after my purchase and see that’s it’s plated. I was told i can’t return it since it’s same. But i was told a lie.
