When inquiring about pieces and unsure of the item that you may want to purchase, your sales associate should refrain from slamming doors as if it’s a bother to show you options. I should not be made to feel as if I am bothering you to provide me services

My daughter and I was In the center and decided to stop in. I decided to purchase a ring that matched my earrings. The associate I was Working with wasn’t extremely friendly. The ring I wanted she claimed wasn’t available in my size. It happen to be the one on display. The second associate unknown to me was rolling her eyes at my daughter and I. My 11 year old felt very unhappy.

I was the only customer in the store. I was not greated. When I asked for help in finding a charm to remember my daugjter, she gestured around the store and said "any would fit." No assistance was provided. I seemed to be an inconvenience for her.

I was highly disappointed. My son purchase an online item, I wasn't able to return or receive a store credit. The information placed a negative mindset Pandora DONT STAND BEHIND THERE MERCHANDISE!!. ive shoped at your store for years.To be advised of such dissatisfaction.

Thank goodness I knew what I wanted because the sales associate acted as if I was annoying her. She did not seem like she enjoyed her job or wanted to be there. And when I wanted to see a different item she threw the price at me as if I would have a problem paying for it. She needs to work on her customer service skills. I wasn’t planning on making a purchase tonight and left the comfort of my home to drive to your store less than beautiful just to replace the ring I love and lost. Too bad your associates don’t appreciate the customers who chose to shop there. I could have easily bought it online and saved the gas.

I did not feel welcomed when I walked in, the associates did not seem knowledgeable and seemed bothered.

I needed to EXCHANGE a gift I was given for Christmas to a smaller size. I was informed twice I couldn’t do it that I had to take it back to where it was purchased from. I had called the store where the item was purchased from prior to going to the nearby location. I was informed I can exchange at any pandora. The manager spoke over the phone the young lady said that I was they customer (previous store) and I needed to return there. She was very unconcerned unapologetic etc. I left the store looked on the website , saw that I can exchange at any Pandora decided to go in the store one last time for clarity and the young lady still tells me no. I ask for another manager on duty . Eventually a different young lady reached out to the store manager via phone and FINALLY exchanged my product. The product was in the box and I had the receipt. I’m still trying to figure out the problem

My wife picked out a couple charms 4 to be correct. The Aladdin charm rang up at $75 but the price sticker on the merchandise stated $25. Both sales associates made a statement that the $25 was not the right price. I guess the manager on duty offered a 15% discount on a 5th charm my wife wanted. I could understand if there was a description on the price tag but there was not. The tag stated $25 and that was all, I do have a picture of the merchandise tag as well. To me that is not right at all.
