I visited the Peachtree Corner’s location. The ladies were very loud and unprofessional when someone entered from a store from next door. She seem to just be visiting. I asked the ladies if they could lower their volume because they were screaming. The assistant manager began to slam items loudly and intentionally. She was rude and making comments. I was so hurt. I was there picking up a birthday present and subsequently spent time and money purchasing additional items. My sales person Nicole stayed professional. She was and is the only reason I have not returned the items. I am so sad, but also disappointed about my treatment. Sadly, if Maria treated me that way, she has treated others that way and will again. I will not support that store again. I’ve been a Pandora collector for more than 10 years and I have never seen behavior like hers.

I ordered some charms online to be picked up at Mall of Georgia which I did and that experience was fine. Then I went to the Pandora at 5145 Peachtree Pkwy Unit 417 Peachtree Corners, GA 30092 because they had the Daisy dangle charm I wanted. I had two very friendly younger sales associates. I got the dangle then I wanted to look at their stock of Galaxy muranos because I wanted to exchange the one I got at Mall of Georgia. I wanted one with more color variation and inclusions. The nice sale associate let me look through about 5 and I found the perfect one. At checkout the store manager -Katrina- a young pretty African American woman, wouldn’t let me exchange my charm. She saw the receipt on my phone that I just bought the charm yesterday and picked it up an hour ago AND I just wanted an even exchange. She would not let me do it. I was so frustrated. Pandora is my happy place where I commemorate special moments and intentions and now that special charm had the energy of frustration. I was very upset. I bought the dangle and had to leave the store without the exchange.

I love Pandora jewelry but the sales associate OMG nothing friendly rush my shopping like she was mad definitely ruined my day! But the jewelry love it!

Ordered online on black Friday (11/26). Didn't learn until 12/20 that they screwed up my order and I would not be receiving items. Called numerous times, been lied to, hung up on and casually dismissed without any resolution except sorry, your out of luck. The experience has made me severely dislike this company and I will tell everyone I know how sorry of a company Pandora is as well as post my experience online to warn other customers of Pandora serious lack of professionalism. It's absolutely disgusting.

The salesperson had zero knowledge of the products or how to find them. Took up way too much of me time. Was told no boxes or bags with tissue… this is a gift that I am presenting at Christmas… would expect separate boxes for each charm, ring and bangle instead of one box with zero bag or pink tissue paper! How is it that the store was out of bags? I saw other people with bags and pink tissue paper

Sales associates were very rude, and made me feel like a bother because I asked to try on a bracelet being I had never been. They also stated to shut down the store an hour before they were supposed to close. Felt very unwelcoming and poor knowledge about the products.

The representative was amazing, she took time with me helped me make my selection. Then she cleaned my current bracelet as well, I was on the fence about purchasing another bracelet she sold me on the idea of getting another and gave me recommendations on other item's. She was amazing!!

The manger was on cue. she greeted all customer and also thank them for their patient. I am so glad that no matter how busy they are I am always treated like I am the only customer in the store. Please tell them THANKS!!!!

The sales representative's attitude and lack of customer service skills left MUCH to be desired. This was my very FIRST Pandora purchase and this experience was not at all pleasant. The Sales Rep, Ana, was lackluster in aura; she showed signs of not being interested in showing the merchandise at all. She was not forthcoming with information on product selections, options for bracelet charms, sliders, etc. I do not know the official name of the Pandora bracelet I purchased and I do not know how to add charms to the bracelet I purchased on 5/16/21. I had to ask for a jewelry box and bag to accommodate my purchase. I received the box but no bag at all. It was obvious Ana either did not want to service me and/or she was ready to go home. She was not a good representation of Pandora nor the store in which she worked. This experience was not a good one for me considering I was led to the store by my best friend (who had just spent over $200 in the same store on the same day but was serviced by another, more jovial sales rep). I feel slighted as I've been to Pandora stores all over the world but right in my own hometown, my first Pandora purchase --- crappy service :-(
