My issue was with the sales associate as she was knowledgeable however she implied that I was a thief. If I couldn’t afford the purchase . I would have never entered the store. Learning how to work with other diversities is crucial in today’s times. I can spend my money else where. My original bracelet was lost due to the safety chain use was not explained to us properly. The location of the store was in John Creek, GA. I still may return my purchase due do this experience let’s me realize if the employees are like this then so is the CEO and other key stake holders. This type of behavior is unprofessional and I refuse to spend my money where I am treated as a criminal and not a loyal customer.

Your online UX is horrible! I tried to make a significant purchase Online and at check out it wouldn’t allow me to use my PANDORA credit card. That’s right the site would accept your Pandora credit card - truly unbelievable. Had to make a trip to your store and deal with the most adéquates check service ever - using those pad devices.

The sales person was rude not willing to help like if I was making her loose her time, asked for suggestions and said it didn’t matter. At the time of the payment she charged me one more item and requested the refund. However he only handled me the receipt for the refund and kept the original until I told her I needed the original ticket once she gave it to me I said thank you and didn’t even responded. Not ways to treat customers.

Associate Rashonee S. (162043) was absolutely rude. Doesn’t say hi doesn’t say bye. Asked different size though she was educating me cut me off my request and proceeded with such a rude unprofessional manner.

I was buying a mother’s day gift and as soon as I walked in I asked a question and the associate just pointed to a direction I then went to look for a specific ring I knew I wanted to purchase as I walk around unable to find it I say to my husband “I don’t think the have it” the same rude associate turns around and saids “have what?” With the meanest tone. She was not helpful or nice. I would’ve left without purchasing if it weren’t for the fact that I was in a rush. When I went to check out I waited 15 mins for one iPad of there’s to work and the associate talking about another customer in front of me and my husband. Will never return to this location horrible customer service overall
