pandora never ever have sales on items that you really really want

i was just satisfied, i wasv upset that my bracelet had a defect in it

I went in to exchange my bangle bracelet and they only had the larger size available. I’m a middle size. And thank goodness they at least were able to find the last one in the largest size. I figured better larger than smaller. I wouldn’t be able to put any charms on the small.

I like the fact that i was able to get some charms that were on sale 30% and it was actually a good selection.

Sales people didn't seem interested in helping customers.

the actual merchandise was very very small too any image presented online

I have been to other Pandora stores and personnel were more friendly. The lady was knowledgeable and helpful.

It was my first time visiting the store, and the sales associate was very knowledgeable about the product. She made my visit unstressful and was very patienced while helping make the best selection. She told me how to clean the jewelry and that it could be brought in to the store for cleaning .

I loved the multi-color ring that went from purple to pink but it was not at that store

Some of the beads I was looking forward to collecting were out of stock. Also, some rings in my size were unavailable.
