The staff was very inexperienced, did not know about the products, I had to get a manager and even she could not find the items when inventory suggested there were several in store. The process took so long, I asked for a call back and still have not heard anything.

I was charged for a pandora bead that I didn't recieved..I'm waiting on a call back because the store was closing when I got home and reviewed my reciept

We tried this store since it was on the way to the party that we were attending. We normally go to another Pandora store in a different mall. The sales lady did not know where any product was at. Everything that we found online they did not have in the store. I did find a few charms that we liked that they had in stock. The free bracelet was a real joke. They basically had no selection at all. We finally got tired of dealing with the associate and just took whatever they had. I probably will never return to this store. Highly dissatisfied with the selection and the help while in the store.

During the time of my visit I went in to purchase vees and a graduation gift. I have six Pandora bracelets and it has always taken at least 20 minutes for them to be cleaned. The sales associate cleaned my bracelets stated that they have a new machine and she only clean them for about three minutes each and they came back After she felt like she clean them. She was very standoffish and I have never received this type of cleaning Nor Customer Service a Pandora. I received this type of cleaning as well and none of the associates had on mask

Return policy on items you spend a lot of money on and you can’t return a broken item and replacements after a year

I purchased a bracelet online as a gift. In less than 2 weeks, the clasp broke on the bracelet. The receiver was able to return it to a store and get a replacement

The African American young lady in Monroeville mall was very disrespectful she was ruled I never had this problem before and I will love would love for her to be recommended

I was looked at by a sales associate that was on the floor as I enter the store, but was not greeted. No hello or how can I help you. There was only two other customers in the store. I waited 15 minutes for a sales associate to greet me and acknowledge that I was waiting for service. The sales associate that waited on me was not friendly or inviting. I felt rushed. Will not be returning.

Store customer service whilst returning items from online purchase was horrible. Made me never want to shop with pandora in the future.
