I was looking to exchange a ring for a different size and I was informed that the Monroeville Pandora had 2 in stock. I went to the store a day later to see if I could exchange the item. Once I showed the sales clerk (Samantha O) the item, she immediately said they didn’t have the item. I told her how I knew the store had two, she still wouldn’t listen. She checked one cabinet and said they didn’t have it. I drove 45 minutes to get this ring. A couple of days later my boyfriend drove another 45 minutes to the Tanger outlet where it showed that they had 1 of the rings I was looking for. Once he got there, they said they sold it but checked and noticed that Monroeville had 1 in stock. This time the sales clerk offered to call and have them put it on hold. He then drove from Tanger to the Monroeville mall to purchase this ring. I am very upset because we could have avoided all the stress and driving around if the sales clerk would have been a little more helpful and friendly. From the minute we walked in the store she had an attitude and did not make us feel welcomed. This was one of the most negative experiences I have had with Pandora.
