Sarah, one of the managers ,helped me select charms that were both on sale in addition to one's that weren't. We discussed my interests when selecting the charms as well.

I was just browsing, and my sales person was extremely helpful and I purchased a new bracelet and a new charm.

The customer service was extremely nice! They greeted us as soon as we walked in we bought 3 things she put them on our bracelets and cleaned our bracelets. I was so happy the service was amazing. I love that.
