I ordered a charm on line but didn’t realize that my timeframe to pick it up expired. I called and Cyndi was incredibly helpful and friendly. She said she found it and would keep it for me so I could come in today to pick it up to purchase. I went in and Cyndi in person was even more incredible! She was so helpful showing me additional new items and make really great suggestions! I ended up purchasing four other items. She was extremely friendly and took her time finding my size and other items to go with the items I already wanted to purchase. Loved her! I would go back just to get her suggestions!

I was greeted directly upon entering the store, although most of the associates were busy helping other customers. Tabby helped me find the correct ring size and searched Pandora’s database to ensure the intended merchandise was in stock.
