Cyndi was very nice and helpful. She even cleaned the bracelet that I already had while I was making my decision on which charms I wanted. I will be back lates this week.

I was greeted and helped promptly. My associate was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The rest of the staff engaged as well while i was there.

I went in the store to purchase a charm for my 30 year wedding anniversary. The sales clerk showed me the 30 year charm, and several other anniversary charms. She helped me pick out the perfect one, plus 3 other charms that I didn’t plan on buying. I also got a beautiful charm bracelet free, for spending over $150, and signing up for a pandora credit card.

Sales associate was very helpful. Asked me a lot of questions about the person I was buying the gift for to help me find the perfect charm.

The sales associates at the Monroeville store are second to none. Every time I have visited the store or called with a question, they make you feel like an appreciated customer. They are also very knowledgeable and helpful with items.

Cyndi and diamond were amazing! Helped me quickly and efficiently they were friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure I had the best customer service.

Sales associate was attentive, patient, kind, and friendly. Displayed her knowledge of the jewelry. Allowed me to feel comfortable with her suggestions.
