I received a bracelet and charms for Christmas, but I was afraid to wear it until I got a safety chain on it. I came in on 2/10, got a safety chain and my family purchased 2 charms for me. We I got home, I tried the bracelet on and could not close the clasp. I came in and explained to Cyndi that I could not close the bracelet. She exchanged it for one with a heart clasp that was a lot easier to close. I have been wanting one of these bracelets for a long time. Now I can wear it and show it off. Thanks to Cyndi!
