The sales associate was knowledgeable. I shopped using my book and he helped me out. He is very friendly and he's waited on me a couple other times.

I would like to see a larger milestone birthday selection and also Peanuts characters, but perhaps one day. The salesperson was very helpful and really friendly and her smile made me feel welcomed.

The sales associate named Cyndi was extremely friendly and took care of the cleaning and repair for my bracelet. The recommendations she made for the charms were amazing! I love the experience. As well as my bracelet!!!!
