I was highly satisfied first off with how they handle everything during this pandemic, I have an auto immune disease and I felt very safe and at ease with going in to shop. Thank you. The store, and employees are very neat and clean. Everyone is very friendly, kind, and very very helpful. I want to really thank Tabby she made my anxiety calm about picking out something for my daughter and she cleaned my pandora jewelry for me I hope she’s there every time I shop there. Thank you Tabby.

The sales lady was very nice and took a lot of time with me. She was very nice,very knowledgeable of the merchandise. Would recommend going to that specific store in monroeville. Went to the one at Ross Park and walked out. The sales lady was extremely rude and in a hurry to wait on as many people as she could. Rushed me and when I didn't decide fast enough she walked away and waited on someone else.extremely rude.

Was able to walk in but 3 rings for gifts and get them gift wrapped and be done

The sales girl Gianna, had knowledge of the products i was looking for and she wrapped my merchandise when she didn't have to she was great

Cyndi is the best i love coming to shop when shes in and always helps picks out the perfect charms for me

Merchandise was easy to view and the sales associates were polite and knowledgeable.
