Couldn't have had a better experience

I bought a neck chain that ended up to be too short for me. I returned it to the store the next day and asked for a longer chain. No problems at all with exchanging the neck chain. In fact, the sales person showed me an even prettier neck chain. I ended up paying the difference for the prettier (and longer) chain. The sale person took her time with me which I truly appreciated. I wanted a perfect chain and she did it for me. Thank you so much.

The experience was wonderful I went in for nothing specific but came out with a beautiful ring! The sales associate also returned my phone, I wish I could have gotten her name!

Patrick (Pat) is such an amaaaaaaazing associate to interact with. He alone was able to help me find the elusive charm that I had been searching for numerous times at this location but no one could help me. Patrick’s knowledge and approach is second to none in this store. You have got to love him.
