The sales associate was SUPER helpful and I even had to go back for something else and he was super helpful! :)

Janie was extremely friendly and helpful. I was looking for a piece to commemorate the death of my mother. She suggested an angel or one which represented her favorite hobby. That was an excellent idea. I went with the angel flying high over dreams.

I received a bracelet that was sent to me for my Birthday and the person accidentally ordered the wrong size. I called the store and spoke with Cyndi, who was amazing, she made sure they had the size I needed in stock and set it aside for me to pick up. When inarrives Cyndi was available to wait on me and made sure that the size was the correct size for me and did the exchange in no time. She was so pleasant and helpful!

The sales associate, Cyndi, was very helpful and knowledgeable. The store had the necklace I was looking for, even though the Pandora website did not list it as available. And there were 2 sales associates, and, based on the time of day that I went, I did not have to wait for assistance.
