I walked in with an idea of what I wanted, but not really sure. Sales associate was extremely helpful and was able to guide me into the direction I was hoping for.

I had some upsetting news and decided a little retail therapy might ease my pain. The Beauty of the Pandora store caught my attention. My experience from start to finish was exactly what I needed!!

i had purchased a Christmas gift for my wife. They were very helpful in my selection. As usual it was not exactly what she wanted yesterday so we came in and she picked wanted He was very helpful and he was very knowledgeable and my wife picked out what she wanted and was happy with her selection and little more than what I had bought. We will be back

The young man was very friendly and helpful. Was impressed with his service. He also helped me purchase a surprise for my sister , who was there when I made the purchase.

I was very satisfied with the way I was treated and with the friendly atmosphere and the pleasant demeanor of the sales associates as well as the knowledge about the merchandise

I love going to this pandora store. The lighting is perfect the store is kept clean and the staff is always nice and ready to help. The selection is tremendous they have a lot of diffrent options in the store.

The manager in this store is very friendly and knowledgeable. He makes you feel welcomed as well as he remembers you when you return. He takes the time out to acknowledge you in a way that it is not about a sale. His interactions with customers are teachable moments that other Pandora stores can learn from. Not to mention many other establishments. He is an asset to your organization. I will definitely be returning to this store even though I don't frequent the mall much.

The salesperson was extremely friendly. She was very knowledgeable and her suggestions for future purchases made sense. She also taught us how to properly clean the purchases. WE WILL BE BACK!
