Great Customer Service. Knowledgeable and helpful

All three sales associates were very friendly and apologetic for the wait. There were 6 customers in the store needing assistance so the wait was reasonable. The return and exchange policy was well explained. Also, the sales associates were helping each other out and collaborating on meeting all customers needs.

From the first time I EVER walked in a Pandora store I was satisfied. ALWAYS CLEAN. ALWAYS FRIENDLY SALES ASSOCIATES. I always feel welcomed. The prices are right. The products - GREAT QUALITY. I Love ❤️❤️ Pandora Store and products!!

The store employees were very friendly. I needed 5 if the same pieces which only had 4 in stock. Employees suggested other piece to complete the order.

Staff were very friendly despite long lines due to COVID restrictions. Staff very knowledgeable about products. Staff very informative about sales and special offers but not pushy if not interested.

Maria was very very knowledgeable and kind. She was on a break when I came back in to complete my purchase and she came right out to help me. Everyone had smiles on their faces which was really nice to see!!
