Kathleen and Samantha are wonderful. I came in to get my bracelet cleaned and told me about the cleaning cloths/kits. Also showed me new arrivals that came in to add to my bracelet. The store was calming during these hard times and felt no pressure to buy something. Definitely will be coming back to add more charms and even other jewelry pieces.

The customer service was great! I wasn’t pressured to know exactly what I wanted. The sales associate showed us as much that match what we were looking for. The store was welcoming and clean!!
