Due to CV19 I was purchasing items from the website but they look nothing like what’s in the store. I love looking at all the items in the store and purchase that way. Plus, it’s nice to watch the combination of charms for my various bracelets. The sales person was friendly and helpful choosing my charms and even a ring. If the store ever had to close down again, I would wait until you’re back open to get charms. The Pandora experience can not be replaced via website purchasing.
