The Store Manager and his staff were very attentive and helpful. I made two trips to the store to purchase a charm for my daughter. They took time to show me many different options. I wasn’t quit sure what type of gift I was looking to purchase for my daughter. They were very knowledgeable about the product and asked me many questions about what I was looking for. They were very friendly, helpful and professional! You have a great leader and staff in the Monroeville store.

I went in there with all ready knowing what I wanted, not only one but the whole staff found exactly what I wanted. They never tried selling me something else or looking at different things. They took their time and gave me exactly what I wanted.
