When I walked in I was immediately greeted at the door. His name was Patrick, I asked him if your store carried the Rose Gold Elegance earrings in store. His said yes and took me right to where they were located. I made the purchase and he was even kind enough to wrap the gift for me. He made my experience 10x better.
