Karen was so helpful with showing different rings for me to purchase as a gift. She made sure I found one in my budget that my friend would love. She didn’t rush me at all and was very nice.

Kathleen,Sharea, and Andretta where just so helpful, and willing to work together to get me the produce I was hoping to get. They new so much more than I did regarding Disney charms and the princess dress. They were patient while I talked to my friend as to which one I should get. This is the first time that the store gift wrapped the gift for me.

After doing some research regarding products, on-line, I decided to go in to the store. The sales associate went above and beyond the measure of her job to answer my questions and make sure I was a happy customer. This isn't the first time I've gone in the store with questions regarding something that I seen on-line but, this is the first time that I purchased more than one item in the store.

This is my first time purchasing Pandora. I pass by the beautiful display windows almost daily, and I admire the rose gold bracelet and charms in the window. When it came time to buy, the sales associate, Samantha, helped me to put together a custom look that I am very pleased with. It is beautiful! I opened a Pandora account, and I will be back!!!! My only suggestion that would have made my experience absolutely perfect would be to give new purchasers a “gift” of the official Pandora clasp opener with their purchase....especially when my initial purchase was over $500. Opening the clasp can be a bit tricky.
