When I Walked into the store I was instantly Greeted/ Helped by Ms Danielle H she showed me multiple Items and explained all the deals that they had going on she really made me feel welcome and she helped me pick out a wonderful gift for Valentine's Day I'll definitely be returning to the store because of her Email Customer Service

Many selections available and the prices are good.

The sales persons were very nice, friendly and helpful. I purchased a charm and I felt the price was good for the charm.

This was my first time in the store. I usually shop online. Beautiful store. Felt like I was shopping in a high end jelwery store. Sales rep was very friendly and willing to help. They didnt have the ring I was looking for in my size but she help me to fall in love with another style.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a warm welcome! The sales associate let me tell her what I was looking for without interrupting and gave me great feedback. I forgot the ring size and she offered to look up my purchase history to help me figure it out! Excellent customer service!

Sales person was able to locate everything I requested. Sales person suggested better options for stacking. Sales person made me feel comfortable even when I tried multiple ring combinations.
