I had purchased an open silver bangle bracelet in The Bahamas to start a travel bracelet. The bracelet was too big, so when I went to exchange the bracelet for a smaller size at the store in Monroeville Mall, the ladies greeted me promptly, was very helpful and gave me ABSOLIUTELY NO PROBLEMS with the exchange. I was in an out very quickly. I’ve heard some negative things about the customer at this particular location, but that was not my experience. This is my first Pandora purchase. After the experience I had in The Bahamas and at Monroeville Mall, I’ll be back to purchase more charms an other jewelry.

Danielle introduced herself as soon as I walked in, I had a charm on hold for me and she got it right away. She showed me other charms and I walked out of the store with 2 charms for Christmas gifts instead of the one. She was very knowledgeable about the charms.

Danielle H No. 174160, went above and beyond to familiarize me with Pandora since this was my first visit, she went out of her way to assist my husband and I and as a direct result of her professionalism, we will be visiting Pandora again this weekend. Kudos on having such a beautiful store, quality product and superior customer service!
