The sales associates were both very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable of the products. This is the best service I have gotten in any of the stores that I have been in.

I needed a last minute gift and I was on my way to work. I came in with a picture of the charm I was looking for and the staff helped me right away. I was in and out very quick and I enjoyed talking to the staff during my visit

I am handicapped and the sales staff made things extremely easy for me. This was my first experience and wanted to get a bracelet and charm. The sales person measured me and helped me make a selection. This sales person had her own pandora bracelet that was beautiful.

The store location was great right inside the mall. The staff was very friendly and knowable about the jewelry. The store was very clean and well stocked. I will be visting this location again and buying more jewelry within the next 30 day's.

I went in 2 days before Mother's Day which was very busy. I was looked over my another sales associate but I'm happy that I did get Samantha. I initially went in to see if my bracelet that I put in silver cleaner could be brought back to life before I buy a new one. Sam answered all my questions and what she was not sure about she did get Kat involved btw who is also wonderful. Kat asked me if I minded that she keep my bracelet until Monday and that she will do her best to bring my bracelet back to life. To be honest I didn't think it would so I bought a new bracelet. Sam gave me a few options on my new purchase and suggested to get the jewelry cleaner kit and I did. Thank you
