Samantha was very kind and helpful. I was able to find a mother's day gift fairly quickly and she made sure I understood all of my options (buying a set vs building a bracelet).

The manager and other customer service rep working went above and beyond to correct the actual jeweler where by bracelet was originally purchased and showed nothing but compassion and concern to make sure I was happy by the time I had left the store

Kathryn did a great job helping me find a substitute charm for what I came in for I was looking for a 25th anniversary charm for my wife but pandora does not make one so we got another anniversary charm instead and she recommended a #2&5 charm as well but they were out of 5s so I went to another store to get those

The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and very willing to take time to meet my needs. I had purchased my first Pandora bracelet in September 2017 and the clasp broke. I had no problem with returning it was happy paying the difference for silver open ban bracelet.
