The store associate was not very enthusiastic. She was trying to make me go up a ring size because the size that fit me best was not sold in stores. I just didn’t feel a wow experience. She was overall nice

Everything sold out since Christmas Only a wide selection of silver no gold which forced me to have to buy a silver bracelet

I would like to see a bigger selection and lower prices or at least more promotions.

The sales representative was extremely nice, I just felt a little rushed from the sales rep after I didn’t an exchanges and I out more money with it she did ask if there was anything else I needed also she didn’t even give us a box or a bag

When we walked in, we were not greeted and the guy saw us walk in. After I asked to have my jewelry cleaned, it was not cleaned the way I have had my jewelry cleaned at other stores. When I asked Jaden to see the tray she had open, she put it away. Maybe she didn't hear me but it put a bad taste in my mouth. As the guy that was cleaning all my pandora bracelets, he asked Jaden to help me and she was a little better in assisting me. I would have walked out of the store but I really wanted a few new charms for my bracelet. It was just a bummer to feel like my business was not wanted especially when I own a ton of jewelry from pandora.

I just was in a hurry, nothing that was done or not done. I focused on what I needed. Didn’t check to see cleanliness was last minute.

It was black Friday and even though everyone was busy they were kind. They knew exactly what I wanted. The pricing was also excellent

Just overall waiting for my sales associate to acknowledge me but he was taking care of another customer it was taking very long so I had patient once he was done I went up to him so he can see me. The store was busy with only two sales representative so that made the wait time a lil longer.
