It is not that I wasn't satisfied just very small room to move around and no space for my stroller, I mean mothers with children should be able to shop in that store without having to struggle to even look around. I feel its not very "stroller friendly" when it should be.

They didn't have a verity of glass beads. Only a white one. Also not many on sale.

The sales person seemed too busy to help, he assumed I was just “window shopping”. Once he found out I knew what I wanted he was eager to help me. He was a little intimidating, not very approachable, but very knowledgeable, and set my charms on my bracelet. Overall, I said 5 out of 10 for customer service, I’m sure they do get a lot of customers that “look” and don’t buy, but they almost lost a sale because I felt awkward instead of welcomed.
