Staff was very friendly. Ended up buying a new bracelet because my old one was only made for a couple of charms and the person who sold it to my husband didn’t tell him that (different store). Also cleaned my ring while I was there!

The salesperson was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. There was only one charm that was unavailable. We were able to complete our purchase in a very timely manner.

The store was set up really nice, it was clean and easy to find all the items. The sales person was very friendly and knowledgeable. One of the items I purchased was discounted - that's a big plus!
