The store is very clean and inviting. I also had an ease of purchasing meaning I could see my options through the glass and easily select my item. I also like the convenience of receiving my receipts.

They were very quick and friendly. I had an issue with a broken clasp on a gifted bracelet I received and they were able to replace it.

The ladies were very helpful. They asked what was I looking for, and they pulled trays out from underneath to show me a larger variety of charms. They explained the charms I was looking for were discontinued, but they were able to locate two of them for me
